Individualised Support: Our service is tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant. We work with you to develop an individualised support plan that outlines your employment goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

Employment Skills Development: We provide training and support to develop your employment skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and problem-solving.

Job Placement Support: Our team will work with you to identify suitable job opportunities based on your skills, interests, and career goals. We will also assist you with job applications, interviews and on-the-job training.

Workplace Support: We provide ongoing support to help you adjust to your new job, including on-the-job training, mentoring, and problem-solving.

Support Coordination: Our team will work with your NDIS plan manager to ensure that you are receiving the appropriate level of support and that your NDIS plan is optimised to meet your employment goals.

Inclusive Environment: Our service is delivered in an inclusive and welcoming environment that respects the unique needs and preferences of each participant. We ensure that our workplace is accessible and supportive to individuals with disability.
